PRS-7012 Visualized operation and maintenance main station system

With the large-scale popularization and application of intelligent substations, the demand for operation and maintenance of secondary equipment is continuously growing. To address this demand, CYG SUNRI independently developed the PRS-7012 operation and maintenance main station system based on the PRS-7002 secondary equipment state monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system according to the technical specifications formulated by State Grid Corporation of China.The main station system is deployed at the dispatching end of power grid, which can realize online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis and analysis of secondary equipment in the intelligent substation. The specific functions include: operating condition monitoring of secondary equipment, real-time monitoring of virtual circuit, anti-misoperation monitoring, fixed-value management, wave recording management, data query, statistical analysis, virtual terminal CRC online check, SCD file management and control, defect location, monitoring and early warning.

Scope of Application
The PRS-7367 is a numerical distributed protection intended for protecting and monitoring various primary apparatus including overhead line, underground cable, transformer, capacitor, etc. PRS-7367 can be used in various voltage level, generally ranging from 10kV to 35kV. PRS-7367 can detect and clear all types of internal phase-to-phase.PRS-7367 provides fast and selective protection, monitoring and control for feeders and capacitors. The relay can operate correctly over a wide frequency range in order to accommodate power system frequency variations during disturbances.This relay can sample the analog values from the traditional instrument transformers, or receive the sampled values from the electronic current and voltage transformers (via a merging unit). The binary inputs and outputs of this relay can be configured according to the demands of a practical engineering through the PRS IED Studio configuration tool auxiliary software, which can meet some special requirements of protection and control functions.This relay can fully support the IEC61850 communication protocol and GOOSE function, and can completely meet the demands of a modern digitalized substation.

The power grid fault analysis technique can be used to carry out overall analysis and display of all protection actions in the event of power grid faults, including action briefing and power grid fault analysis report.

The remote diagnosis technique can be adopted to receive intelligent diagnosis report from station in real time, and professional intelligent diagnosis and analysis results and suggestions can be provided.

It supports online calling and retrieval of model files and general files in the plant and station, which greatly reduces the configuration workload in main station.
