b. If the SCADA is redundant mode onsite,check whether the anti-maloperation key base is connected to the host.

(2)Independent anti-maloperation(i.e.usingthe anti-maloperation system made by external manufacturer,such as UNITECH or CYG).

The troubleshooting method is:

a.Check whether the anti-maloperation system point table in thedatabase configuration tool is consistent with the anti-maloperation manufacturer.and pay attention to their respective starting points

b. Check whether their communication protocols are consistent.

Gateway communication

In normal running state,ifno operation in the stationand the gatewavuploads historical record to the dispatching center.

The troubleshooting method is:

a. Obtain communication message of the dispatching center at that time,and check the uploading record;

b.Check the signal SOE time ofuploaded historical record,reviewthe tgateway SOErecord,and then check the change of state(COS)record of device corresponding to the historical record.

SCADA cannot operate normally

After restarting server, SCADA cannot operate normally.

The troubleshooting method is:

a. Check whether the user logging in system is correct.

b. Check whether the server name in network confipuration is consistent with the SCADA server name

The server cannot be started normally

(1)In the station,if found that the power indicator of SCADA machine works normal,but the display is off.

The troubleshooting method is:

a. Check whether there is any problem ofthe connecting wire between display and video.

b. Check whether thegraphics card of server works normally.

(2) The hostpower indicator is off.

The troubleshooting method is:

a. Check whether the powersocket is live.

b. Check whether the power module on server case works normally.

(3) Can’t restart.

The troubleshooting method is:

Pay attention to error report during the starting processand find a solution according to the reported error.

Communication of protection device is disconnected.

(1) Communication is disconnected during operation.

The troubleshooting method is:

a.Check the state of physicalchannel,and thePING method can be employed for inspection.

b. Check whether theOS communication service state of device is normal.

(2) Communication of new protection does not work.

The troubleshooting method is:

a. For the61850 protocol,check whether the name of model file pointed at by the devicemmsstartupcfg file is correct.

b. For the 103 protocol,check whether there is monitoring for gateway or SCADA machine in device monitoring.

Gatewaye communication is disconnected

(1) The downward communication of gatewayis disconnected.

The troubleshooting method is:

a.Check the state ofphysicalchannel,and thePING method can beemployed for inspection.

b.Check whether the interface of gateway reports error,and whether the operation indicator of device is turned on normally.

(2) The upward communication of gateway is disconnected.

The troubleshooting method is:

Checkthe physical link is normal,and thePING method can be employed for inspection.

Protection device troubleshooting of time synchronization

Abnormal time synchronization of device

The troubleshooting method is:

a. Check whether the time synchronization line is connected reversely.

b.Check whether the connection from theTD terminal to thePhoenixterminal at devicebackplane is normal.

c.Check whether the voltage from time synchronization source to device is normal by checking theamplitude ofvoltage fluctuation.

Protection light abnormal indicator

(1)Theabnormaloperationindicators of several devices are constantly on before putting into operation.

The troubleshooting method is:
