On August 22nd, Dongguan CYGSUNRI Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with Wanyu Sanxin Electronics (Dongguan) Co Ltd. and Dongguan Guanneng Green Energy Service Co., Ltd. on the 2MW/5MWh Distributed Lithium Battery Energy Storage System. The cooperation marks the official landing of the largest user-side distributed energy storage commercial project within the jurisdiction of Guangdong Power Grid. The principal leaders of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid, Chang'an Town Government, Wanyu Sanxin, Dongguan Guanneng, DongguanSUNRI and CYGSUNRI attended the ceremony.
Wanyu Sanxin Electronics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. provided the project site. Dongguan CYGSUNRI Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Guanneng Green Energy Service Co., Ltd. jointly funded the construction, CYGSUNRI Co., Ltd. offered the overall energy storage solutions. By implementing power demand-side management, each partner will effectively stabilize load fluctuation, realize peak-load shifting, solve the power load pressure of the "peak period in summer", improve the power quality and integrated service level of the power grid, and help Wanyu Sanxin Electronics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. reduce the power cost, which is an important measure to promote the development of energy storage industry.
