Recently, the "Internet+" smart energy demonstration project of Shenzhen Qianhai & Shekou FTZ Power Supply Co., Ltd. About the Project
CYG Consulting and Engineering was responsible for the overall construction of the "Internet+" smart energy demonstration project of Qianhai Power Supply. It provided an integrated solution characterized by low carbon, safe and efficient operation, and smart management.
This project is located in the park of China Merchants (Shenzhen) Power Supply Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Qianhai Power Supply). The project system consists of a 146.32 kW carport PV power generation system (equipped with a carport drainage system, a lighting system, an environmental monitoring system and a video security system), an energy storage system, an orderly charging system, a demand-side response system, a VRV intelligent management and control system, an energy saving management system and an intelligent energy management platform.
With the Innovative “Smart Brain”, the Smart Management of PV Power Generation, Energy Storage and Charging Can be Realized
The "Smart Brain” is PRS-3000 energy management system independently developed by CYG SUNRI. The system integrates two intelligent software, namely, the power prediction software and the optimal scheduling software. With artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology, the system realizes multi-dimensional and multi-time scale energy management and optimal scheduling for power supply, load and energy storage, and gives suggestions on energy use optimization for the park.
By the agency of the intelligent terminals, the system has panoramic perception of power grids, PV power generation, load and energy storage, and comprehensively monitors the power generation, electricity and water consumption of the park; It can accurately predict PV power generation and load use plans based on meteorological data and historical data, enables accurate charge and discharge control of energy storage system, and finally realizes coordinated control of power supply, power grids, load and energy storage, and intelligently optimize and dispatch energy use of the park; The system can be operated and monitored in real time by several users. It enables unattended operation and maintenance of power stations, providing highly reliable and low-cost power supply services for production, work and living in the park, and assisting the park in real-time, efficient and intelligent energy management.

According to specific conditions of parks, CYG SUNRI rationally plans public facilities, enables coordinated supply of energy system in the park, integrates PV power generation, energy storage and charging, improves energy utilization efficiency and reduces energy consumption cost.
Build a Strong Microgrid with the Support of Core Equipment
CYG SUNRI applies microgrid central controllers, the core equipment of AC/DC hybrid microgrids, the full range of energy storage products that effectively improve the power quality of microgrids, and PV inverters with the lowest cost per kWh for the project to provide a microgrid solution covering the whole eco-chain.
With the project system, isolated island autonomous operation can be realized in case of major grid failure. The system can be used as backup power supply for a short time to effectively guarantee the power supply to important loads such as charging piles in the park, thus improving the reliability of power use in the park and building a strong microgrid.
The interaction among Power Supply, Grid and Loads Makes Charging More Orderly
The "Internet+" smart energy demonstration project of Qianhai Power Supply is the first orderly charging project in Guangdong Province. The project is equipped with CYG SUNRI’s intelligent orderly charging system. By installing orderly charging control terminals and electric energy acquisition equipment in charging stations, we can monitor load usage of transformers in existing stations in real time, implement load adaptive control strategies for charging facilities, and complete the intelligent load regulation of all DC chargers and AC charging piles in charging stations according to peak shaving and valley filling and user demand, thus realizing the orderly charging of electric vehicles by the power grid.
The intelligent orderly charging system conducts coordinated management of the grid and load to ensure the safe operation of the grid; By reducing the peak load and the capacity increase of charging and distribution, the system can reduce construction cost and make the construction easier; The system promotes the consumption of clean energy, ensures the power supply to new energy vehicles, reasonably guide users' charging behavior, and reduces users' charging costs.
