In the context of global response to climate change and carbon reduction, CYGSUNRIactively has been implementing the Announcement on Enterprise Environmental Information Disclosure and Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other policies to enhance the transparency of climate change response actions, and now we hereby disclose the greenhouse gas emission information of our headquarters building in 2020 to the public.
I. Basic Information of Disclosure Entity
CYGSUNRICo., Ltd. was established on June 30, 1994 at No.13, Keji North 1stRoad, North Area, High-tech Industrial Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The legal representative is Xu Chengbin. It was restructured and established based on the Component Protection and Substation Integrated Automation Research Laboratory of the Electric Power Automation Institute, Ministry of Electric Power Industry, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changyuan Group, a listed company. With a registered capital of RMB 1 billion, the company has 14 subsidiaries worldwide, covering more than 80 countries around the world, with nearly 3,000 employees and a total production, scientific research and office area of about 180,000 square meters. The company is a major partner of State Grid, China Southern Power Grid and other major energy companies.
CYGSUNRIintegrates global resources, aims at maximizing customer benefits, and provides users with integrated solutions and system integration services. Integrated services include: development and operation/operation and maintenance services of distributed photovoltaic and energy storage systems, operation services of electric vehicle charging, energy conservation and emission reduction services, carbon trading and carbon neutrality services, construction of green and intelligent parks, energy efficiency management schemes, power engineering consulting/design/feasibility study/construction/general contracting services, operation and maintenance of power plants, and platform support services. II. Scope of Verification
According to the requirements of the Accounting Methods and Reporting Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Emissions of Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises (Trial), the scope of this verification is the greenhouse gas emissions in 2020 of the office buildings and production lines of the inspected party located at No.13, Keji North 1st Road, North Area, High-tech Industrial Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, involving the greenhouse gas emissions generated by direct production systems, auxiliary production systems and auxiliary production systems directly serving production.
