The 6th Technical Seminar of Sino-Japanese Electric Vehicle ChaoJi Charging Joint Working Group Undertaken by CYG SUNRI Closed

On March 29-30, the "6thTechnical Seminar of Sino-Japanese Electric Vehicle ChaoJi Charging Joint Working Group" organized by China Electricity Council and undertaken by CYGSUNRIwas successfully held in Shenzhen. More than 40 experts from relevant charging operators, car enterprises, charging equipment and facilities enterprises and charging connector enterprises attended the meeting. The whole meeting was held online and offline simultaneously, and the topics on technical research, experimental verification and internationalization of ChaoJi charging were discussed and shared on the meeting.

Experts from NariGroup, State Grid EV Service, CYGSUNRI, Nissan, Shenzhen Easywatt, Fujikura, Shenzhen Auto Electric Power, Tokyo Electric Power, Beijing Chuangtuo, Wanbang, Mitsubishi Motors and Daimler held discussions and exchanges on issues such as "Charger Components and Converters", "Charging Safety", "Mutual Recognition of Current Situation and Qualification Assessment", "Two-way Charging and V2X". In his closing speech, the representative of CHAdeMO Association of Japan congratulated the working group on its achievements, and looked forward to the rapid promotion of further work such as demonstration and verification of ChaoJi charging facilities between China and Japan.

The new generation of ChaoJi charging technology route originated from the high-power charging demand of electric vehicles, and is a complete DC charging system solution of electric vehicles, including control pilot circuit, communication protocol, design and compatibility of connecting devices, safety of charging system, thermal management under high-power conditions, etc. On the basis of complete forward compatibility with the original system, this technology fully considers the development trend of future technology, and provides a unified, safe, reliable and low-cost charging system solution for the world.

China now has the largest number of electric vehicles and charging facilities in the world, and Japan has rich experience in internationalization of charging interfaces. At present, the technology of charging facilities in the world is developing rapidly, and both parties will carry out close technical exchanges in the field of EV charging, and be committed to pushing the global promotion of ChaoJi charging standard.
