Recently, China Machinery Industry Federation released the "2020 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Project". CYGSUNRI has upgraded the software and hardware platforms of its relay protection products, distribution network intelligent terminals and new energy terminal devices based on the autonomous controllable power special chips. Through the self-designed algorithm for the power industry, the front-end data hardware parallel processing such as network storm suppression and time synchronization and the acceleration of electrical parameter calculation are realized, improving the data processing efficiency and the overall performance of the product. The external encryption device was replaced with the built-in security chip to realize encrypted data transmission and interaction. The integration and upgrade of distribution network terminals were completed to reduce the production cost of products and improve the market competitiveness.
Since 2019, CYGSUNRI has successively developed 110kV line protection, distribution terminal unit (DTU), feeder terminal unit (FTU), microgrid central controller, charging pile, grid-connected interface device of distributed power supply and other power terminals based on the autonomous controllable chips, and these power terminals were verified and applied in many key scenarios such as power grid control and protection, distribution automation and new energy. With their good performance, the company realized the localization and substitution of core devices of mainstream products, and broke the passive situation that core master control chips had long been highly dependent on individual foreign manufacturers, which is of great significance for the independent control of science and technology in the fields of national power energy and information security and industrial control.
