According to theNotice on Releasing the List of 2018 (25th Batch) Newly Recognized and All National Enterprise Technical Centers issued by the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission (F.G.G.J. [2019] No.36), CYGSUNRI was included into the 25th Batch of National Enterprise Technical Centers.
The National Enterprise Technical Center shall be applied independently by the enterprise, and recommended to the National Development and Reform Commission for unified review after being reviewed by the local higher authorities. The National Development and Reform Commission's evaluation indicators for enterprise technical center include the enterprise's technological innovation mechanism, innovative technology reserve, talent team construction, technological innovation output and benefit, etc. The evaluation results can comprehensively and objectively reflect the strength of enterprises to participate in scientific and technological activities and independent innovation. The state will give greater policy incentives and support to enterprises recognized as technical centers.
